Lucent Psych is a telehealth psychology practice serving Texas and Washington, built on the kind of care that makes people feel seen from the first session. Dr. Andrea Ancer Leal came to us with the vision and the credentials but no brand, so we built it with her from the ground up: an identity rooted in warmth and trust, and a website that welcomes people the way her practice does. Our ongoing SEO and AEO work makes sure the people searching for that kind of care actually find it, and they have. Five stars on Google, a growing team, and a third state on the horizon.

Dr. Ancer Leal was launching her practice from scratch, with the credentials and quality of care but no brand, no website, and no way for potential clients to find her. Our job was to build a foundation that earns trust at first glance, in a field where trust is everything.

The Challenge

We started with the foundation, not the logo. Through brand workshops with Dr. Ancer Leal, we defined what Lucent Psych needed to communicate: professionalism, clarity, warmth, and trust. From there we built the full brand system, logo to palette to typography, and a website that welcomes visitors the way the practice does. Then we focused on getting found: technical SEO, backlinking, and steady keyword growth, backed by traffic reporting so progress is never a guess.
